Julien Lu, CPA, served as Director of Accounting at one of Canada’s largest property management companies before launching his own property management venture in 2020.

 

Initially focused on supporting his family’s residential and commercial real estate portfolio, his passion for the industry led him to offer professional property management services to other investors and landlords, which led to the incorporation of Gestion JL Immobilier Inc (JL Real Estate Inc.).

 

JL Real Estate Inc. has actively participated as both an investor and professional property manager in various real estate projects and developments. JL Real Estate Inc is now positioned as an emerging leader in the property management landscape of the Greater Montreal Area, committed to delivering top-tier service and expertise.
